Please Note:

This form must be submitted to Council a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the event occurring. 

Should this application be successful, the applicant is required to complete and submit an acquittal report no longer than 4 weeks following the event.  Acquittal forms can be found in SmartyGrants, under the 'My Submissions' tab.   

Failure to submit an acquittal form will result in applicants being ineligible to receive any further funding from any Council Grant Programs.  

Eligibility Criteria

In accordance with the application guidelines, you are required to verify the following:

The applicant has been selected as a: * Required

Clear the selected value for The applicant has been selected as a:
The applicant is a resident of the Mackay Regional Council area. * Required
Response required.
The applicant is of amateur status. * Required
Response required.
The applicant is no older than 21 years of age at the conclusion of the event. * Required
Response required.
The event is recognised as a State, National or International event by the relevant governing body. * Required
Response required.
The event is being held outside the Local Government boundaries of Mackay, Whitsunday and Isaac. * Required
Response required.
